Your privacy, in plain words
What we keep
The first name of the person being cared for, their illness, allergies and foods to limit, the recipes the family chooses, the family's note, and drop-off details. For friends who sign up: your name, the day and recipe you chose, and the mobile number or email you give for reminders.
Who can see it
A Care Circle page can only be opened with its link and its password, which the family shares. People who open it see the note, the calendar, first names and what's being brought. Phone numbers and emails are never shown to anyone. The drop-off address is only shown to people after they sign up.
What we never do
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. We only use it to run the Care Circle and send the reminders you asked for.
Health and food
MealKind isn't a medical service. Recipes are general guidance checked against what the family enters; follow the care team's advice. Only share what you're comfortable sharing.
